This policy explains what information AI Pace collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. It covers the AI Pace homepage, the AI Readiness Scorecard, and any related pages linked from them.

We collect only what you choose to give us — through the contact form or the AI Readiness Scorecard — plus the limited technical information any website receives simply by being visited. We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Information You Provide to Us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter, which may include:

• Your name, work email address and company
• What you're interested in or trying to accomplish, if you tell us
• Your responses and score on the AI Readiness Scorecard, if you complete it and choose to have the result emailed to you

You choose what to share. Optional fields, like the message field on our forms, are never required.

Information Collected Automatically

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Standard web hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical information — such as browser type or IP address — as part of normal server operation, in the same way most websites do. This is not used to identify you personally or to track you across other sites.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry or follow up on a conversation you started with us
• To send you your AI Readiness Scorecard result, if you request it
• To keep basic records of business inquiries

We do not use the information you submit for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site:

• FormSubmit processes form submissions on our behalf and delivers them to our email inbox. Submitted form data passes through FormSubmit's systems in order to reach us. See FormSubmit's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.
• Google Fonts is used to load the typefaces on this site. Loading a font from Google's servers may share basic technical information, such as your IP address, with Google as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy for details.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information from inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain basic business records, and no longer than necessary for that purpose. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details below and we'll act on that request.
